Wednesday Meals

Breakfast-8:50 a.m.- an apple
Lunch- 12:40 p.m.- snickers bar
Snack- 4:30 p.m.- piece of birthday cake
Dinner- 7:50 p.m.- Chicken club sandwich from Sonics & small lemonade w/ watermelon flavoring

I know this looks horrible but earlier in the day I wasn't hungry. As a matter of fact, I had no desire to eat all day long. I was running around for my family in the evening and remembered at 7:50p.m. that I had not eaten anything for dinner. This is unusual for me because I'm always hungry and ready to eat.

How Do I Feel? Not great!
The more that I look at what I'm eating, I understand why I have gained so much weight over the years. I know that we are supposed to be writing down how we normally eat but i'm ready to start changing my eating habits.
