How Do I Feel? Like I'm getting there.

Eating has always been a weak point for me (as with others). I absolutely love sweets and fast food!!! Today the food wasn't tasting as good as usual. Eating 1 piece of cake is an accomplishment. Normally, I would eat a piece and then go right back for an even bigger piece. Don't get me wrong, the first piece was okay, I just couldn't eat anymore. I sat for a second, at the kitchen table, looking at the cake but I just wasn't feeling it. The desire wasn't there! I walked away!?!?!

I exercised with at the MVP studio and I enjoyed the workout. I must say that I was pretty tired afterwards but an hour later, I found myself energetic. Usually after a workout, I'm either drained and just want to go to sleep or starving. I can tell that I will be sore in a couple of days but I'm looking forward to going back.

Reading the Bible is the highlight of my day. I've never been so excited about reading the Bible. I find myself praying more than usual with authority, mainly because I know the word. I put on a pair of pants today that was actually more loose than normal. I thought to myself, I haven't yet changed the way I eat and I've only been working out for a couple of days. I believe this is a sign of what is yet to come and I surely believe that what I ask, I will receive.

  1. Good for you and conquering the cake! Lol. I like candy, so I understand. But you will notice I have not had any...its been hard, but the end product is my motivation...and should be yours.

I too am more encouraged and empowered DAILY now since we have to read so much scripture. I am finding myself reading during lunch as well. I love this aspect of the program for it keep me grounded.
