7:30 a.m.Breakfast- 2 hard boiled eggs, whites only and plain instant grits (cup of ice 8oz.)
11:45 a.m.Lunch- 7 toasted ravioli and 1 bread stick (school lunch food, forgot to take lunch)
5:30 p.m.Snack- Little Debbie chocolate cake w/ cream cheese icing, 1 cup of milk (8oz.) (starving after running)
6:20 p.m.Dinner- Grilled Steak (5 ozs.), 1 tbl. scalloped potatoes

How am I feeling? As of now I feel like I sabotage myself. I know that I should plan the day before, make sure healthy food is available, etc. It just goes back to making bad choices. I am glad that I got my exercise in today. For some reason I thought I could run for 15 minutes. I actually ran for 8 minutes and then a kid asked me for the time, which was a reason for me to stop (which was a mistake). Once I stopped, I started feeling the pain in my legs. I continued to walk for the rest of the 15 minutes. If I would not have stopped I think I could have lasted at least 3-4 minutes longer. My goal for myself is to stop finding reasons to quit.
